Visual research
About
A commercial treatment is a document created by a designer in collaboration with a director to describe the vision, ideas, and approach for a specific advertising project. It is an important tool for securing work and establishing trust with clients. The treatment should include an introduction, director's statement, visuals, story, tone and style, production plan, and conclusion. As a designer, my role is to handle the visual design and assist in finding references as part of the treatment so that the director can focus on the uniqueness of the ideas. This website presents concepts that describe the thoughts and inspirations of directors based on the briefs they received, but they are not intended as a direct guide for shooting.
